The wild cards on the other hand, can be played at any time with the exception that the Wild Draw Four card can only be discarded if that player has no cards that match the current color on the table. The action cards (Skip, Draw Two, and Reverse) add various modifiers to the game that will make the players lose a turn, draw cards from the main deck or switch the order play. Besides the 0 to 9 cards, the deck also consists of three types of action cards and two types of wild cards. The deck comes with 108 cards: 26 cards for each color (red, green, blue, and yellow). To win a match, you need to get rid of all the cards in your hand before the other players do. The game is quite easy to learn and you'll soon see that you won't be able to stop playing even after a few dozens matches. UNO is one of the most popular card games in the world although it was invented in 1971 by an Ohio barbershop owner called Merle Robbins.
